CR3 plays an integral role in coordination with Wetlands specialists, hydrologists, and civil engineers in creating, enhancing and protecting site features that benefit or address environmentally sensitive issues.

CR3, Robinson & Cole, and Jeffrey Mills were honored with a 1993 American Society of Landscape Architects Merit Award for developing the "Inland Wetlands Commissioner's Guide to Site Plan Review" for the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. This manual is still used extensively throughout the state of Connecticut.
