Housing Communities have been an integral part of CR3’s project portfolio for nearly sixty years. We are involved in a variety of projects that meet ever-changing economic and demographic needs, from small scale subdivisions to renovated urban townhouses to large, mixed density housing and recreational communities and congregate and assisted living centers.
