CR3 has a strong background in Site
Selection and Site Planning for both public and private libraries. Generally, our charge is to provide design direction which will build a consensus within the various committees and approval agencies involved to advance the project. Our work is an integral part of the process of public referendums and submittals for Grants and Donations. Once beyond these preliminary phases of the project, our knowledge of programming requirements and budgeting for libraries, and our strength in the regulatory and approval process brings about effective design and construction implementation.
