CR3 is experienced in providing full site planning and design services for a variety of public facilities including town halls, libraries and community centers. These include new facilities and additions, as well as adaptations of existing structures.

From the beginning we play an integral part in the process of preparing plans for public information meetings, referendum, and submittals for grants and donations. We then work with our clients to effectively integrate the site with both with the building and the use. Extensive experience with design issues involved with municipal facilities enables us to respond effectively to meet each client’s program goals.
